90 Days Since Acquiring NEAT: Here’s What We’ve Learned


It’s been 90 days since we bought Neat™ .

3 months have passed in my role as Interim CEO, and here’s the pivotal lesson I’ve embraced:


My superpower lies not in having all the answers, but in asking the right questions.

For me, that meant admitting I need to go deeper to understand not only my blind spots but also our customers, our production process, and our products.

That means being curious and getting my hands dirty.

Take, for instance, my time at a recent photoshoot: steaming clothes, coordinating UberEats for the models, and filling water balloons without a hose in sight. (Spoiler: it involves water bottles and a bit of elbow grease!).

Was flying out to NYC for this the most efficient use of my time? Perhaps not.

However, this experience unearthed numerous opportunities to enhance future shoots and marketing campaigns.

The success of this acquisition remains to be seen, but what’s certain is that I’m now tenfold more knowledgeable than I was 90 days ago
